Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy –Student Course
Students have the right to cancel their contract with the school and receive a full refund of all monies paid up to and including the fifth business day following the first scheduled class session. If the student has been given any equipment or books they must return those books or equipment within 30 days to receive a refund for the books or equipment. The student will be sent a refund of any tuition paid within 30 days if the amount paid exceeds the amount due to the school for hours attended by the student.
If a student is using Federal financial Aid, any Federal Credit Balance due to the student will be refunded within 14 days after cancellation of his/her enrollment or following the last date of classes attended by him/her. If a student drops from the program after the cancellation period, the student has the right to receive a refund of tuition paid for instruction not received up to 100% completion point of the program.
The student will receive a refund of monies paid for equipment and books if these are returned within 30 days following the last date of attendance. $75.00 registration fee is deducted from all refunds due.

Refund Policy for Product & Services/ Delivery
All product and services purchased as an authorized transaction that are non-course related are nonrefundable. These product and services described as: DVD’s, Media, Audio tapes, Literature, Certificates, Gift cards, novelty products and promotional product and/ or services.
